Wayne O. Wright, 93, of Tucson, Ariz., died Saturday, June 24, 2006, in Tucson. He was born Nov. 12, 1912, in Diller, Neb. As a child he resided in Powell, Wyo. He married Clementine Rassier on April 21, 1935, in Billings, Mont. In 1948, the family relocated to Arizona and were long-time residents of Sonoita. According to family, he was a devoted husband and father, and he valued his life as a cowboy and manager on area ranches. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and a brother. Survivors include his wife, Clementine Wright at the Manor of Midvale in Tucson; two sons, Kenneth Wright (and wife, Priss) of Tucson and John Wright (Bonnie) of Clovis; a brother, Raymond Wright of Huntington Beach, Calif.; three grandchildren, Todd Wright (Wendy), Terry Dameron (Danny) and Joe Wright (DeeDee); four great-grandchildren, Paige Wright, Baileigh Dameron, Seth Dameron and Morgan Kilgore. Cremation has taken place. Memorials may be made to Santa Rita Abbey, HCI Box 929, Sonoita, AZ 85637. Local arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home.
