Elfida Olguin, 50, of Clovis died Sunday, May 21, 2006, at Plains Regional Medical Center. She was born March 14, 1956, in Mountainair. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Lueras and Carolina Lueras, and her mother-in-law, Ellen Olguin She is survived by her father-in-law, Raymon Olguin; a sister, Mary Penny of Melrose; her husband, Bobby Lee Olguin; and a son, Justin Lee Olguin of Clovis. Family members said she loved to fish and camp, play solitaire and cook for all who entered her home. They said she loved to mother all her son’s friends, Clovis High School band members and neighborhood kids, and she could always be depended on. Cremation has taken place and private services were held. Arrangements were by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
