Juanita Ortega, 89, of Clovis died Friday, May 5, 2006, in Las Vegas, Nev. She was born Aug. 31, 1916, in Quanah, Texas, to Amado and Maria Duran Ortega. She worked in nursing as a home health caretaker. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters. Survivors include a brother, Jose Ortega (and wife, Nena) of Clovis; a sister, Edna Patzl (George) of Hereford, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A rosary will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  Father Sotero Sena will officiate. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories.   Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home.
