Wade Woodall, 35, of Clovis, died Friday, April 21, 2006, at Plains Regional Medical Center. He was born June 19, 1970, in Clovis to Shelby and Betty Woodall. He was preceded in death by his parents; his adoptive parents, Jack and Jean Slaughter; and his grandparents, Ray and Shorty Woodall. He is survived by his wife, Ann Wagoner; two daughters, Aprilann Wagoner and Betty Jean Woodall, both of Clovis; a son, Matthew Wade Woodall Jr. of Clovis; a sister, Joann Garcia; a brother, Billy Slaughter; and his in-laws, April and Gene Dann The Rev. Mike Gilchrest will officiate services. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
