Cloud Rainy Day Extension Club

The Cloud Rainy Day Extension Club will meet 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 13 at Muffley’s Back Door. Lucille Johnson will host the Valentine party and there will be a business meeting to conclude plans for the year.

Six members and two guests attended their Christmas social at A-Me-D's restaurant in Texico on Saturday Dec. 15. Members present Collene Baldwin, Sandy and Jeff Heath, Kelly Karn, Laura Loflin, Patsy Lorenz, Beverly Miller and Suzy Moore. Outstanding Women for 2012 was Sandy Heath. Sandy Heath has been a member of Beta phi since October 2011. She was born in Washington, D.C. Her father was in the Navy and her mother was a elevator greeter and operator. Sandy has worked in mental health for 40 years. She loves to take photos, travel to new places and research history and historical places. Sandy has three daughters one is an administrator of family support. Another works at a bank for 25 years as a bookkeeper and the other daughter works as a federal agent for Department of Interior.
