Good morning and welcome to the Tuesday briefing. Art contest The Congressional Art Competition is under way. This annual competition allows members of Congress to display the talent and creativity of their high school constituents. All entries from students in eastern New Mexico must be submitted to Sen. Ben Ray Luj

Pintores Art League Pintores Art League will meet 6:30 p.m. March 1 at Clovis Community College room 425, the painting and drawing classroom. There will be a short business meeting and a presentation by a guest artist. Artists welcome.

Concert to benefit tornado victims
