CNJ staff A pair of storm spotter’s courses will be taught April 6 in Clovis and Portales. The courses, which are identical, are offered from 1:30-4 p.m. at Clovis City Hall and 6-8:30 p.m. at the Memorial Building (300 E. Seventh Street) in Portales.
