Clovis’ Baskett attracting attention

Another good day at Philadelphia Eagles camp for Clovis’ Hank Baskett.

NFL teams pass on Red Raiders

All told, 252 players were drafted by NFL teams over the last two days. Clovis’ Joey Garcia was not one of them. Garcia, a 6’2″, 212-pound safety who led Texas Tech in tackles last season, was hopeful he would hear his name called among the seven rounds. No Texas Tech player was selected.
