Hull Street Overpass temporary closure

The Hull Street Overpass will be closed temporarily in order to undergo a refurbishment of the existing structure. The City of Clovis invited New Mexico State Bridge Engineer Mr. Ray Trujillo to examine the bridge following a report received from BNSF expressing concern about the condition of the overpass.

Wilson to host Farm Bill meeting

CNJ Staff Rep. Heather Wilson, R-N.M., will be in Portales Friday to host a roundtable about the 2007 Farm Bill reauthorization bill currently being considered in Congress. The roundtable will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Sandia Room of the Campus Union Building at Eastern New Mexico University. The public is invited to attend.
