CNJ staff The Clovis Civic Center is celebrating its fifth anniversary today. There will be an open house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 4 p.m.-6 p.m. reception and a 4:45 p.m. program. The celebration is open to the public. Information: 935-5000.
