CNJ Staff The Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a special ceremony to mark the 25th anniversary of famed record producer Norman Petty’s death.The ceremony is 10 a.m. Saturday at Mission Gardens Cemetery, the site of Petty’s grave.Petty, who produced records for Buddy Holy, Roy Orbison and others, died Aug. 15, 1984, from leukemia.
