Vincent Wiegand Services: Have been held. Mr. Vincent “Vince” Carroll Wiegand, 58, of Easley, S.C., died Monday May 3, 2004. He was born on Sept. 28, 1945, in Morganfield, Ky., to Vincent A. and Flora I. Wiegand. He was a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University with a masters degree in psychology, theology and sociology.
