CNJ STAFF Clovis gas prices have been steady for more than a month, averaging between $1.48 and $1.52 per gallon for regular unleaded since Jan. 8. The average price for February has been $1.50, compared to $1.54 in February of 2003. The year’s average has been $1.48, compared to $1.47 in 2003.
